I am half British and half French. I have taught for over ten years in Further Education at colleges in Cambridge, Mid Wales and Cheltenham. My timetable was mainly filled with BTEC National and GNVQ business units.
After moving to Denmark I wrote a textbook for the 'Living and Working in Europe' BTEC/Edexcel option.
Here in Denmark I now teach English and IT. The English teaching is in traditional classes, a multimedia language centre and online.
There are loads of fantastic resources on the web for learners of English. What I am trying to do here is replicate a little of that richness for learners of French. It is also a good exercise for me to try and see how much you can apply general principles to language learning by comparing what I do for English with what I can do for French.
